Why Yoga?
Yoga is an important activity which incorporates breath, movement, and mindfullness. It encourages us to be present in the moment while we hold poses, while being kind to our bodies. It is both challenging and rewarding, and a great opportunity to disconnect with the outside and connect with ourselves while on the mat.

Managing weight can be achieved through many outlets: the food we eat, medicines we consume, and movement (exercise and breathing).
Yoga may seem like a foreign, intimidating venture initially. However, the benefits of long term practice include stress reduction, improved mobility, digestion, mental clarity, confidence, and joint relief.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and love to teach! I have found it particularly helpful for my clients who are new to movement or are recovering from physical injury.
